Culinary Tour

I plan culinary tours to International destinations.  I have made inquiries to tour operators in Grenada to design a culinary tour for me, but none of them have responded to my emails.

Does anyone know of a tour operator or local travel company in Grenada who would be interested in helping me design and run a unique, niche culinary tour in Grenada?

Thanks

  • No Rebecca,

I think Grenada, the Spice Island, is the best place to have a culinary tour. I would definitely be interested in the possibility of a few nights at your establishment.

I emailed about 8 different tour operators and lodging establishments, but none of them have replied to me. Any assistance you can give in making contact with a tour operator who would be willing to work with me to create a unique, niche tour, would be appreciated.

You can email me directly at mireille@globaltastesinc.com

    Thank you.

    Dear Mireille,

I hope you have received some reply in the meantime from at least one of the tour companies? If not, I can pass this on to some of them, please do let me know.

I'm sure there is a lot of potential for a culinary tour in Grenada, which could include tours to Spice & Herbs Gardens as well as the nutmeg processing plant, the chocolate factory, a company that produces fruit wines etc., a guided tour to the market and so on.

Our tiny boutique hotel Maca Bana www.macabana.com may or may not be of interest for your clientele, but we offer private cookery lessons with our Grenadian chefs, exclusively available for our hotel guests. All our cookery lessons are customized based on what the guests would like to learn... their favourite dish from the Aquarium Restaurant's menu, a local dish, health/wellness or maybe a special focus on the use of the spices - it's entirely up to the guests.

I look forward to hearing back from you and I'll be happy to assist to get you in touch with a tour company if this hasn't happened in the meantime.

    Warmest regards
