How would you like to sample a dish of your own choosing at one of our resorts (flights and lodging on us, of course)? Here's the challenge: Pretend you're an IberostarChef and submit your proposed dish (appetizer, entrée, or dessert) or cocktail in 30 words or less. Make it fun & tempting, à la "Foie Royale with Corn Mousse and Duck Salad", and who knows?
