Fish dishes

I like fish dishes very much , I live in  Greece and in this a country  everywhere you go you can see the sea  and the most popular dishes of Greece are fish . One of my best is Octopus with pasta .What is your best fish dish ?

    I like Greek pasta with Mizithra cheese and browned butter.

    Catalan paella...Mediterranean shellfish, monkfish and bomba rice, pan cooked al dente.
