October is Italian Heritage Month....

PART ONE features history, recipes and products from DE CECCO PASTA, plus a commemorative overview of a special exhibition at Chicago's Field Musuem..."Opening the Vaults:  The Wonders of the 1893 World's Fair", which opened October 25h, World Pasta Day.  De Cecco received a Gold Medal as an exhibitor at this massive event and also celebrates their 120th anniversary with the U.S.

PART TWO features history, recipes and products from ALESSI and VIGO.
