    In case anyone's thinking of the Caribbean this summer, I just got word of a program in the Caymans called "Summer Splash," which includes a "kids-fly-free" deal -- ages 11 years and younger pay nothing for round-trip airfares from Cayman Airways gateway cities, NYC, Miami, and Tampa. You also get your 5th night free at participating accommodations, deals on restaurants, rental cars, scuba and other stuff.
