Many parents enjoy the fact that they can take their children on vacation and at the same time keep the education process rolling in a fun environment. Our Family Spanish program in Tamarindo has taken off over the past years that we have offered it and each year we send more and more families abroad.

The set up is simple with Spanish courses separated with parents in  adult courses and the children in classes that are more directed toward their learning style. The standard option include 4 lessons per day of instruction Monday to Friday with any weekends ope

n for exploring. The school includes 2-3 activities each week that are family friendly.

Spanish Abroad gives the choice to live with a local Costa Rican family who provide two meals per day, which gives the ultimate immersion experience. While some families want their privacy, so they opt for an apartment style bungalow that we arrange at a local hotel right across from the school and 5 minutes walking to the beach. 

Our Spanish school also offers an in house surf program for those more adventurous parents and kids that want to give the most popular sport in the area a try.  We also provide an airport transfer service from the Liberia airport or hotel stay and shuttle service from San Jose. 

The Family Spanish Program has a rolling schedule and can start any Monday for ease of scheduling. Accommodations start on Sunday and end on Saturday. You can opt for as many weeks as you would prefer for your family.
