There are plenty of libations typical of Chile, and one any visitor shouldn't miss is refreshing mote con huesillos, a summertime treat found in street stands all over the country. It's made from wheat (mote) and peaches (huesillos, the diminutive of huesos, or bones). When locals say something is very Chilean, they say it's "more Chilean than mote con huesillos".
