This might not be the first country that springs to mind when it comes to a summer getaway, but when the summer sun kisses Scandinavia´s smallest country, all of it blossoms into a captivating and welcoming paradise, with its peak in July. Imagine long, sunny days filled with outdoor adventures (including more than 150 sometimes suprisingly good beaches, like that of Hornbæk, above) and cozy evenings basking in the golden twilight. It's also a time for wonderful Danish celebrations and festivals. And these are the places which in my opinion best embody the glory of Danmark in the summer...
