It's not just of backpackers. After one retires, one begins to keep an eye in the digital wallet so to speak. I was recently chaperoning a person around who had fallen I'll in a foreign country, without any travel insurance. Needless to say, with even a basic travel insurance package, the person would not need a fellow traveler to chaperone them around.

Hey everyone,
I work for a brand new social hostel booking company called inBed.me (http://inbed.me) and just wanted to let everyone know what we do. The site allows you to search hostels/guesthouses/b&b's and see who will be at each one before you book. You can also connect to plan trips and share tips. I'm also a travel writer and backpacker, so if anyone has any questions about the site or just hostels in general I'm happy to help! :)
