It´s suprisingly robust, especially in the central Blloku neighborhood. Our favorite Tirana restaurant was Era, with a fantastic menu of Albanian specialties (OMG suxhuk kosove - best sausage ever), while we also enjoy a few drinks at Radio Bar, a cool little watering hole just up the street; and Sky Club 360 (here at top) a revolving lounge bar (with adjoining restaurant), on the 18th-floor of the highrise Sky Hotel.
