As a language geek, I follow a Canadian YouTuber named Paul who's a far bigger/more dedicated language geek than I will ever be, and the latest video of his I just watched is about Quechua, the language of the ancient Incas which is still widely spoken in Peru as well as Ecuador, Colombia, Bolivia, and even down into parts of Argentina.
