Day 01: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi by bus(1,503m/5,100ft): 7-8 hours
Day 02: Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6-7 hours
Day 03: Trek to Langtang valley (3430m/11,148ft): 5-6 hours
Day 04: Trek Langtang valley to Kyangjin Gompa (3,830m/12,697ft): 4-5 hours
Day 05: Kyangjin Gompa to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6-7 hours
Day 06: Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi (1,503m/5,100ft): 4-5 hours
Day 07: Drive back to Kathmandu.
