This happens frequently. If you join a group like SPJ or writers union , they fight for your rights by drafting legislation to impose penalties. Unfortunately this would only apply to those governed by American courts at present. Write to site tell them to pay syndication rights or take it down. If you like the exposure and site however ask them to link back to your website and credit you for your work. It is important to "google alert " your work.
