Hello Netherland experts,

For my annual Tour de French Cuisine I need some ideas for recipes for Rotterdam. The 2010 Tour de France starts in Rotterdam on July 3rd and I cook a meal for every area/region/town that the Tour hits and I am having a hard time finding the quintessential Rotterdam specific recipes.
