Miami, FL (June 28, 2012) – ADD Inc Miami, the architectural and design firm known for delivering notable results in South Florida in the hospitality, retail, entertainment, mixed use, workplace and residential industries, has been retained by Menin Hotels for the renovation and design of the Gale South Beach hotel located on 1690 Collins Avenue. Jonathan Cardello, Principal – Director of ADD Inc Miami, who also renovated the Shelborne South Beach, the Gale’s sister property, is the lead architect on the project.
Originally constructed in 1941 by Miami Beach architect L. Murray Dixon, the Gale South Beach will feature 89 guest rooms, three restaurants and lounges, an 8,000 square-foot rooftop terrace, and infinity pool with city and ocean views. The hotel’s facelift is scheduled for completion at the end of 2012.
