PIKEY PEAK TREK DIFFICULTY

Well, Pikey Peak Trek is a moderate-level trek. The trek is not that difficult as it goes through the lower Everest Region. This route does not appear to be difficult, but we will need to make a few small steep descents and ascents. Everything you have to do is a trek for nearly 5 to 7 hours a day on average. As a result, we suggest that you engage in some routine physical activities to aid in your trek. Simply doing some simple daily exercises such as jogging, swimming, gym, yoga, cycling will help you build stamina.
