The second day of the Everest Base Camp Trek starts from Phakding and continues to Namche Bazaar, gaining 8,30m/2,723 feet. The journey takes about 6-7 hours, crossing suspension bridges and walking for 30 minutes to reach Zamfute, Toktok Village, Bankar, Monjo, National Park checkpoint, Jorsalle, and finally Namche Bazaar.
