The Gujarat High Court had appointed officials to investigate the reason behind these alarming ailments of the lions. The report stated that some of the poor big cats died of CDV (Canine Distemper Virus, a range of wild animals get infected by this virus), while some were tested with a protozoan infection, transmitted by ticks. The report said that the Asiatic Lions were vulnerable to extinction because of existing in a single sub-population if any unpredictable event such as a big forest-fire or epidemic would have taken place. “An outbreak of a possible epidemic or natural calamity might wipe off the entire species. But today, only a fraction of land remained for them to survive. You can also go for a <strong><a href="https://www.girlion.in/gir-jungle-trail" style="background-color:transparent;color:#e91e63;" target="_blank">Gir Safari Booking</a></strong> to experience the way of survival of the wildlife habitat in the deep green jungle.</p><p style="background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#3c4858;font-family:Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:18px;line-height:1.618;margin:0px 0px 15px;">Here we will tell you a tale of nomads settling with their small clusters of families on the same periphery as the wild lions and their peaceful survival with them. The nomads or the <span>Maldharis</span> were pastoral people living in the Gir Forest for decades. Their main occupation was cultivating herds of cows, buffaloes, goats, etc. They used to sell the milk of their water buffaloes outside the villages of Gir to earn their livelihood. The Asiatic Lions are found over a vast area where the nomads with their small families dwell; their livestock became the ultimate prey for the lions. The fearless Maldharis coexist with lions on the same periphery witnessing the wilderness of the royal beast.</p><div class="separator" style="clear:both;text-align:center;"><a href="https://www.girlion.in/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/girlionsafari654.jpg" style="margin-left:1em;margin-right:1em;"><img border="0" height="691" src="https://www.girlion.in/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/girlionsafari654.jpg" width="636" alt="girlionsafari654.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear:both;text-align:center;"><br /></div><p style="background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#3c4858;font-family:Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:18px;line-height:1.618;margin:0px 0px 15px;">So, encounter the most beautiful forest of Gir dwelling in the lap of nature. Before that, you have to confirm the<strong> <a href="https://www.girlion.in/" style="background-color:transparent;color:#e91e63;" target="_blank">Gir National Park Booking</a> </strong>to enjoy the wilderness of Nature.</p><p style="background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#3c4858;font-family:Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:18px;line-height:1.618;margin:0px 0px 15px;">Lions are the symbol of deities, and they think lions will follow them wherever they go.</p><p style="background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#3c4858;font-family:Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:18px;line-height:1.618;margin:0px 0px 15px;">But, prolific news came to hear that the Indian Government is taking the initiative to relocate these tribes to the other parts of the city. The reason behind this was the lions could not extend their ecological habitats. Lions were found in <strong><a href="https://www.girlion.in/" style="background-color:transparent;color:#e91e63;" target="_blank">Gir forest</a></strong> across 30,000 square kilometers, but they dwell only within a fraction of 250 square kilometers in Gir. Lions had a nature that they would not extend their periphery in a fear that they might lose battling with other survivors. Asiatic lions are the pride of indigenous India, and it comes to its responsibility to protect the habitat from extinction.</p><div class="separator" style="clear:both;text-align:center;"><a href="https://www.girlion.in/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/girsafaribooking23645.jpg" style="margin-left:1em;margin-right:1em;"><img border="0" height="767" src="https://www.girlion.in/blog/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/girsafaribooking23645.jpg" width="618" alt="girsafaribooking23645.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear:both;text-align:center;"><br /></div><p style="background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#3c4858;font-family:Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:18px;line-height:1.618;margin:0px 0px 15px;">Lion lovers often get attracted to get a sight of The King of Jungle in their natural habitat, which provokes many tourists across the globe to visit Gir once in their lifetime. <strong><a href="http://www.girlion.in/" style="background-color:transparent;color:#e91e63;" target="_blank">Sasan Gir</a></strong> has a topography made up of isolated hills, plateaus, and valleys.</p></div><div class="wp-block-image" style="background-color:#FFFFFF;color:#3c4858;font-family:Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;font-size:18px;margin-bottom:1em;"></div></div>A Guide to the Famous Wildebeest Migration of Kenya & Tanzaniahttps://tripatini.com/profiles/blogs/wildebeest-migration-kenya-tanzania2018-12-14T21:26:00.000Z2018-12-14T21:26:00.000ZNancy Yogohttps://tripatini.com/members/NancyYogo<div><p><a href="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/6a/Wildebeest_Migration_in_Serengeti_National_Park%2C_Tanzania.jpg/800px-Wildebeest_Migration_in_Serengeti_National_Park%2C_Tanzania.jpg" target="_blank"><img width="800" class="align-center" src="https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/6/6a/Wildebeest_Migration_in_Serengeti_National_Park%2C_Tanzania.jpg/800px-Wildebeest_Migration_in_Serengeti_National_Park%2C_Tanzania.jpg?width=800" alt="800px-Wildebeest_Migration_in_Serengeti_National_Park%2C_Tanzania.jpg?width=800" /></a><a href="https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wildebeest_Migration_in_Serengeti_National_Park,_Tanzania.jpg" target="_blank"><span style="font-size:8pt;"><em>Daniel Rosengren</em></span></a></p><p></p><p></p><p>Rated among the world’s seven wonders, each year millions of wildebeest and zebras migrate clockwise from Tanzania's Serengeti to Kenya's Masai Mara, mating along the way.
