Of course you have plenty of hotels but some are not well managed with unpleasant receptionists, some are well located but not as clean they should be and some others are too much expensive .

I sent one of my friend, Laeticia, to the hotel Art Hotel Congres, located 44 rue Gauthey (17th district). She called me one day and said to me, would you be nice to help me; I need a room from tonight for my husband, my son (2 years old) and please do you know something affordable?

Well, Christmas time is low season and you can find nice hotels with good rates, but when I look at this hotel, I saw that they offer discount all over the year with early booking rates, last minute rates and promotions. The rate on the website was 80 € per night for two!

I called the hotel and I explained that my friend had a baby, and they disn't ask anything as an extra charge. In addition, they gave them a disable room, thay have a lot of space.

My friend Laetitia, told me that Johanna, the general manager was there almost everyday and she take care of them.

Well I wanted to write about this hotel because it seems to be a very good value for travelers.

The location is not as good as other hotels I wrote about (as the relais bosquet for example) but the staff is nice, the rate is very interesting and the hotel is entirely new! It is located close to the subway station Brochant on line 13.

if you are looking for a good value, it is the place to book.
