As a former South Floridian, I remain in awe of one of the USA's largest shopping malls - and the largest on a single story - at more than 54 acres. Located in west Broward County, 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale and 45 from Miami, It's all outlets, and some Latin Americans have been known to get off the plane and head right to Sawgrass Mills.
